Bulgaria’s road agency: Bids for laying horizontal marking on national roads in next 5 years to be open today Sofia. The bids in the procurement for a contractor to lay horizontal marking on the national road network in the next 5 years will be opened today at 2:00 pm in the building of the Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA), the RIA press office said.
